Study Of Applying Network Plan In Manufacture Scheduling System

Network Plan is a scientific method oforganizing manufacture and managing plan.It was brought in China by Mr. Luogeng Hua in 1960s. For the correctness in theory,precursor in technique and significance in optimizing manufacture scheduling ofnetwork plan, it has been widely applied in many fields and kept developing, alsobrought, huge economic benefits. According to presented theory and combined withthe result of my investment, such works has been done about applying network planin manufacture scheduling system in this paper.1. Due to the point of "small-sample &lean-information" in small-batchmanufacture procedure, gray model is established which can forecast the time limit ofoperation sequence according to historical data, thereby activity-on-node network canbe established.2. Based on the complex multi-dependence case between operation sequences, themodel is established. Because traditionary multi-dependence network is complex andhard of calculating, the arithmetic has been improved. So, calculating net is mucheasier, and more, optimizing net can be done next.3. Based on resource optimizing theory home and abroad, due to the optimizingtarget of"limited resource & shortest project time", method of ensuring limit value isused to optimize initial network model, practicability and feasibility of the wholenetwork model has been much higher.
