The development of logistics has been valued more and more seriously. As the link between production and sales, its operating efficiency has direct effects on the cost of the enterprises and the reaction rate of market preemption of products. In the development process of our business, the slow development of logistics has become the great barrier of commodity circulation. In recent years, logistics parks have been constructed all over the country. But there are many problems appeared, such as confusion of general planning, unreasonable layout, poor facilities, low level of management and information, lack of a unified logistics information network, little cooperation among enterprises. These deficiencies result in the low economic efficiency and low resources sharing rate. At the same time, with the economy growing constantly, we are using more and more resources and destroying the environment more and more seriously. Resources and environment problems have become the important factors restricting the development of society and economy. Resources saving and environment protecting have been the focus of global attention.Building sustainable eco-logistics park is the inevitable trend and urgent requirement of the development of the logistics industry. Building sustainable eco-logistics park has important ecological value, social value and economic value. In the building process, we should follow the matching principle, the coordination principle, stability principle, development principle and high-efficiency principle. It is a new idea that we should combine the ecology theory, circular economy theory with the construction of logistics parks and build the logistics parks on the basis of ecology theory through the study on the construction of sustainable eco-logistics parks. In this paper, considering the industrial ecology theory and the basic theory of logistics park planning as the guidance, the problems existing in domestic logistics park planning are found out and the purpose and principles of building sustainable ecological logistics parks are clarified. Then, the planning path to realize the sustainable development of the logistics parks is suggested aiming to construct the logistics parks with high efficiency, good cooperation, energy conservation and fast pace. In these logistics parks, the configuration of human, material resources and financial resources are the most rational, most economic and most efficient. A healthily developing organic whole is established with the harmony and mutual win among all departments realized.Logistics operation areas include storage area, staging area, processing area, distribution area. Non-logistics operation areas include administration area, trade exhibition area and comprehensive service area. In this paper, considering the industrial ecology theory as the guidance, a layout planning for ecologically sustainable development of integrated logistics park is made using a systematic layout planning method. The starting point of systematic layout planning method is quantizing the relationships of operation units to evaluate the correlation degrees among different departments. In the simulation planning process of logistics parks, whole layouts of logistics operation areas are made first, and then detailed layouts of the inside of operation areas are worked out. The whole layouts and detailed layouts of non-logistics operation areas are also made by step. Finally the whole layouts and detailed layouts of all areas are demonstrated by using layout diagrams to form the whole layouts of the whole sustainable eco-logistics parks. Following the planning, the'space utilization efficiency','expansibility','logistics efficiency','environmental protection','resources utilization efficiency','logistics operation flow connectivity'and'ecological coordination'are selected as the indicators and the sustainable ecological logistics park model is evaluated by using the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
