Research On The General Layout Planning Of H Logistics Park Of Jiujiang Port

In today's era of abundance,the logistics industry is facing great opportunities and challenges.Our country and levels of government have introduced policies to encourage and support the development of China's logistics industry.And the construction of logistics infrastructure is a very important part.Planning and construction of the logistics park bears reducing logistics costs and improving the efficiency of logistics tasks,where people are given more and more concern and attention.Inland port with its superior water conditions,become the perfect place for the construction of large-scale integrated logistics park.Compared to the developed countries whose logistics industry develops rapidly,our country is still in the learning and exploring stage in the planning and construction of the logistics park.Most built or under construction logistics parks lack of clear targeting,questions such as whom he park is built for,how to serve,how large the scale of the market is,who is the potential clients and other similar problems have not made clear.Not having made a number of operational target results bring great blindness.In this paper,aiming at solving the practical issue of the layout planning of H logistics park in Jiujiang port,I researched from the following aspects:Firstly,I analyzed the policy environment in our country and the practical significance to develop and construct logistics park.I summarized the related current research on logistics parks at home and aboard.And the existing problems on logistics park's planning and construction in our country are summed up.Then,I introduced the basic situation of H logistics park to found the advantages to construct the logistics park in geographical terms.After analyzing the opportunities and lacks on developing logistics industry in Pengze district,the direct hinterland city of H logistics park.Combined with functional orientation development of the park,the functional division of the park was divided preliminarily.Next,based on the influence factors of the logistics park demand analysis,from four levels,I used a variety of forecasting methods to get the quantity of different goods that enter the park.that provides a reliable data base for the park's construction scale and function layout.Finally,I analyzed the division of park function area,and sequentially calculated the square of each function area.Use SLP to obtain the logistics and non-integrated logistics correlation relationship of each function area in the park.This part is the basis for the layout design.Next,the introduction of the SLP based on genetic algorithm to determine the objective function,the constraint conditions,the mathematical model of the park layout,using Matlab software to solve the model,after the convergence program I can get the final layout.
