Research On The SH Logistics Park Function Area Planning

As the amazing and rapid development of logistics industry in the worldwide,logistics industry has been an important impetus of economic development.As a basic facility,logistics park offers a stage to ensure a stable and efficient growth of logistics industry and plays an irreplaceable role in the development of logistics industry.Logistics park speeds up the development of logistics industry towards the direction of modernization,systematization,intensification,informatization,and networking.In the environment of booming logistics park,the development of logistics park must be treated objectively and clearly.The land scale and facility construction of logistics park have characters of high investment,high-risk and a long term of the benefit payback.Thus,a thorough study and plan of the development of logistics park is necessarily needed.Appearing nearly 30 years earlier than that in China,logistics park in foreign countries already has obvious advantages now,including sufficient experiences on how to plan and develop and an developed theory system.The development of logistics park in China not only needs to borrow the advanced experiences in the world,but also needs to combine them with its own features and reality.So it is necessary to study and make a plan of the development of China's logistics park.Taking SH logistics park in Taiyuan as the object of empirical analysis,the paper comprehensively discussed the research achievements on the planning and orientating prediction of logistics park overseas and domestic.Starting from the operation of social economy of both the macro-environment in China and the micro-environment in Taiyuan,the paper mainly studied three aspects of SH logistics park:development orientation,the analysis of logistics demands,the layout plans of central operation areas,to provide SH logistics park in Taiyuan with a reference on the reasonable operation and the planning of the second project.
