Study On The Project Selection Strategy Of State-owned Investment Company

The thesis will combine the specific theoretical research and empirical research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and comparative research and analysis of comprehensive induction. Author's working experience will also be considered during the documentation creation in order to solve practical problems and do research on the Project Selection policy of China's State-owned Investment company.The thesis first gives an introduction of the research background, and then starts with the concept of the State-owned Investment company and related theories and researches, concludes and analyses the main types and development modes of the State-owned Investment company. By consulting a lot of related information, the author gives a description of the current situation of the State-owned Investment company's development, concludes the advantage, disadvantage, opportunities and risks for the company, and then analyzes how should the State-owned Investment company select projects under the current economic environment. What's more, the author takes the Fengjie Hong'an Investment Co., Ltd.'s"Fengjie Baidicheng'the Three Gorges Impression'cultural tourism project"as an instance analysis, in order to validate the factors and policies for selecting projects. This thesis is targeted to provide the Project Selection policy for the State-owned Investment company under the current economic environment, with a view to provide references to the development of the State-owned Investment company.
