Manufacturer's choice of channel strategy is to the most important part to implement closed-loop supply chain for enterprises. Therefore, manufacturer choose different sales channels and recovery of channels, new product sales price,recycling prices and corporate profits node allocation decisions will be different.The theory of closed-loop supply chain and channel was expounded on the theory at home and abroad involved in closed-loop supply chain, channel selection, closed-loop supply chain coordination and other related documents were reviewed, and some conclusions are drew.When manufacturer choose direct channel sales of new products and third-party recyclers recycle old products, manufacturer, third-party collector and the whole closed-loop supply chain profit models are established, and parameter's sensitivity analysis shows that:when third-party manufacturer and recycler cooperation, both sides of the profit increase; the manufacturing costs higher, the higher their profits, manufacturer is more willing to actively recall the closed-loop supply chain ; if the remanufacture costs lower, manufacturer is more willing to build closed-loop recycling; manufacturer's new product storage and transportation costs only significant impact on new product sales price and profits.When manufacturer and retailer with the selection of new products sale and recycle old products,the manufacturer's, retailer's and the whole closed-loop supply chain profit model are established, the results showed that: direct is not a threat to the retailer's distribution channels and they can achieve "win-win" situation through co-operation, after that, the sales price of new products, whether direct or distribution is lower than non-cooperation, the welfare of consumers and the whole closed-loop supply chain profit are improved; and parameter's sensitivity analysis shows that: both the sale competitive factor and recycle competitive factor have a significant effect on pricing and the whole closed-loop supply chain profit; the main factor affecting profits, the manufacturing cost impact on direct sell price more significant than retail price; if they cooperate, the whole closed-loop supply chain profits are higher than non-cooperation.
