Closed-loop Supply Chain Pricing And Channel Selection Research For Hybrid Sales And Recycling

With the rapid development of economy,consumption continues to grow,resource shortage and failure problems continue to emerge,resource conservation and environmental protection that is brook no delay.In addition,with the high-speed development of information technology,more and more consumers are choosing to shop online.However,when the traditional channel and online channel coexist in the market,there are competition and conflict.At present,most scholars both here and abroad focus on considering the used products for remanufacturing,the research on single recycling pricing and recycling channel selection under the traditional sale model has been more mature,however,the related research on the hybrid recycling channels are rare,especially the three common recycling channel,and ignore the situation that the used products of high quality can be refurbished.But,the reality of the hybrid recycling channel are widespread.In addition,the field research found that manufacturer will refurbish the used products with high quality,remanufacture the used products with lower quality.In view of this,based on a closed-loop supply chain that consists of a manufacturer,a retailer and a third-party recycler,considering manufacturer remanufactured the used products with lower quality,meanwhile refurbishing will be introduced.First of all,this paper compares the pricing strategy and profit situation of the closed-loop supply chain members in four hybrid recycling models of traditional sale model,which are centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making.Furthermore,the influence of the profit-sharing-coefficient on the profit of the members is analyzed under the centralized decision-making.On this basis,this paper studies and compares the pricing decisions and profit of the closed-loop supply chain in four hybrid recycling models of hybrid sale model,which are centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making.Furthermore,the influence of the profit-sharing-coefficient on the profit of the members is analyzed.Then it compares the traditional distribution and hybrid sales model.Finally,a numerical example is given to analyze the influence of each parameter on the profit of the members and the system.The main research results are as follows:(1)Under the two models of traditional distribution and hybrid sales,the results of centralized decision-making are better than decentralized decision-making.In the decentralized decision-making,from the point of view of maximizing the profit of manufacturer and the system,it tends to choose three recycling channel.The retailer chooses to recycle with the third-party recycler.The third-party recycler recovers with the manufacturer will bring greater returns.(2)Compared traditional distribution to hybrid sales model discovery,whatever in decentralized decision-making case or in centralized decision-making case,from the point of view of maximizing the profit of the system,it tends to choose hybrid sale model,and this model is benefit for improving the sale quantity of new products,remanufacturing products and refurbishing products.
