With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the family enterprises of China have made a great contribution to increasing employment, creating tax revenue, providing wealth, social stability and so on. Family enterprises also gradually play the role of pillar or backbone in some other areas. Currently, family enterprises have accounted for more than 90% in both private enterprises and non-public sectors of the economy of China. However, with the acceleration of the market economy development, economic globalization and the coming of knowledge economy era, and the quickening frequency of renewing various technologies, family enterprises face more changes and challenges. The competition among the enterprises, which increasingly appears in seizing the human resources, becomes more and more intense. Nevertheless, the staff management of family enterprises in China, as a whole, has become unable to meet the demands of rapid enterprises'development and participation in competition.As the best integration between family enterprises and employees'management, research and application of psychological contract theory, provide an effective way to the emotional appeal of training security, trust and dedication between enterprises and employees. To employees of family enterprises, creating and maintaining a satisfying psychological contract can help them control emotional changes when facing difficulties. In this way, enterprises and employees can understand each other directly, have a good communication and collaboration, so as to divert discontent and reduce stress. To establish an effective psychological contract between enterprises and the employees is a guarantee of human resource, which can make enterprises maintain a high rapid development, beyond the adversity, and achieve corporate strategic objective.This thesis, based on psychological contract theory, carries out research and discuss on the current situation of employees'management mode. By using psychological contract theory to analyze problems of human resources management of family enterprises, appropriate solutions will be provided, so as to construct a reasonable and efficient employees'management mode of family enterprises. This thesis research and discuss the situation of employees'management mode of Chinese family enterprises, using psychological contract theory to analyze the problems in the process of human resources management of family enterprises. From the psychological point of staff, this thesis summarizes the impact factors of employess'psychological contract, and proposes corresponding solutions. From the aspects of human resources planning, recruitment, training, motivation, performance management and salary management, this thesis propose the ways to improve employees'management mode of family enterprises. For family enterprises, using psychological contract theory to change the mode of employees'management must be an effective way to improve human resources management system, and remove hidden perils in the developing process.
