In the last 10 years, The development of the logistics is witnessed in our life, but the mutual expectations between employees and the organization is affected badly, because of boring job content and great labor intensity in logistics industries, employees’work enthusiasm is affected greatly, and too many employee left their company to rise the high turnover in too many industry especially logistics.Company management begin pay attention to the problem of employee turnover, especially key person, they use various means in many working process to reduce employee turnover and retain talented employees in company culture, selection and recruitment, training and development, performance management, but the result is not too dissatisfied.Based on exit surveys and interviews with employees who will leave present job, We collect the reasons for employee turnover, and analyze the relationship of different reasons for departure to explore the impact of different reasons for employee turnover。We launch job satisfaction surveys among existing outstanding employees as well and find the reason they will work in company continually, to identify their working concerns, we can find tactics for deducing employee turnover and method of execution from corporate culture, selection and recruitment, training and development, career planning, compensation and benefit, working conditions, etc.
