China's B2C E-Commerce logistics distribution faces its present situation as high costs, long time and poor user experience with the consequences of the loss of consumers'trust. The present paper taken user experience as its viewpoint, first introduces B2C E-Commerce environment, logistics and distribution processes, logistics distribution patterns and respective characteristics on the basis of critically summarizing the existing theoretical framework of customer satisfaction measurement on E-Commerce logistics; An empirical study then made to analysis the most key factors of B2C E-Commerce logistics distribution which contribute to a new B2C E-Commerce Logistics Distribution Assessment Framework with indicators and weights based on the B2C E-Commerce user experience.The assessment framework takes speed, friendliness and flexibility as three themes, with its secondary indicators as delivery speed, staff attitudes and quality, goods packaging, free shipping, cash on delivery and other special services.In the part of countermeasure study, comparative studies among three most advanced 3C B2C companies on the users experience basis was made using the E-Commerce Logistics Distribution Assessment Framework and recommendations are given on the best practices of the above case studies.
