E-commerce development speed is faster than the development of the logistics industry, toimprove the logistics and distribution system must be addressed for the development ofe-commerce. Although the online transaction process had been more perfect, logisticsdistribution, transport links has been achieved in standardization, automation. However, the endlogistics service problems still are serious, and B2C had accounted for the main part of thee-commerce business, so that B2C e-commerce corporate brand image and distributionefficiency is influenced, as well as customer satisfaction with the services.The end logistics directly contact with the judgment on the quality of online shoppingservices from customers, to win end logistics ability is to win the market, so the end of thedistribution was valued very much by e-commercial enterprises, and many attempts were done,theoretical study is included, based on the status, The end distribution services needs to beimproved. The research includes the following aspects:(1) The end of the logistics is little studied separately, and end logistics is more targetedentry point to solve the problems of e-commerce logistics services.(2) Based on the joint distribution mode, by constructing the end of the logistics network,which provide customers with temporary inventory, payments, returns and other functions formeet customer needs, improve staff efficiency of delivery.(3) To analyze of the economic feasibility of establishing joint distribution branch. Tocompare the income’s difference before and after Joint distribution branch builded, is used for areference for enterprises that whether to adopt a common distribution model and choose themodus of distribution branch.(4)Only enterprises’ cost was accounted,that cannot meet customer demand for logisticsservices, by questionnaire,so customer time satisfaction and efficiency of delivery was focus onand analyzed, by the establishment of a single-source-multi-node model about locating, to getquantitative analysis of result about service radius of distribution branch, so as to provide ascientific basis for the locating.
