Study Of ERP Implementation Processes Control And Application In The T Group

In today's information age, with the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprise informatization has become the only way for survival and development of enterprises.The ERP system, as the means of the combination of information technology and management thoughts, the success rate of the application of ERP system is lower, which makes people began to recognize the importance of ERP implementation. The implement of ERP is a complicated system project, there are a variety of risks during implementing process, and the results are difficult to control.To improve the success rate of ERP system applications, effective process control on ERP implementation is obviously necessary.For the problem of low success rate of the ERP implementation and the large deviation between the implementation effect and the anticipative effect, the lack of effective control for ERP implementation process is my main research problem. I also researched on the related theories of ERP and process control,and studied related literatures on ERP implementation.Combined with risk analysis of ERP implementation,and analysis of questionnaire-based survey of the key factors of successful implementation of ERP, this paper described step by step process control and continuous improvement, and discussed the process control method for the key factors of the stage, and then proposed a milestone control method of implementation process.Through study on the case of ERP implementation project of T Group, above three methods of process control are proved to be effective in improving the success rate of ERP implementation.
