Stepping into the 21st century, network economy has entering our live at breathtaking speed. China's Internet industry entered a phase of flourishing development, with the continual growth of the market, new economic phenomenon emerged in endlessly. However, it is not a long time since the establishment of our Internet market, there are still many problems about market regulation need to be further discussed and improved. At the present stage, overheated competition has appeared in some fields of the domestic Internet market, various cutthroat competition and unfair competition are hard to standardized administrate, had done great harm to the interests and rights of business operators and consumers, destroyed the fair and sound environment. It has become an obstacle to the positive development of Internet market. Because of the high-tech characteristics different from before and it is difficult to regulate by current law, unfair competition has already become an urgent problem to solve in the process of development and perfection of our country's system.This paper based on the analysis of the characteristics and macroeffects of network economy, expounded the present status of china's Internet industry, elaborated new characteristics and new laws of the Internet market, as well as how these laws affect the market behavior of Internet companies, explored several common competitive strategies of Internet companies.In the process of researching the unfair competition behavior of Internet companies, the article based on real cases, concentrated on origine analysis and qualitative diagnosis, tentatively put forward corresponding regulation measures for government, in order to protect the healthy competition environment of Internet market, consequently promoting the healthy and orderly development of industry.
