Research On Influential Factors Of Mom Baby Health Management Mobile APP Service Quality Based On User Experience Theory

With the time of the mobile Internet, many kinds of emerging mobile Internet tools are coming into people’s daily life. By now, there have been quite a number of mothers-to-be and new mothers using Mom Baby health management mobile APP by mobile intelligent terminals to get knowledge and news they want. As it hasn’t been long for the mobile Internet to develop in our country, some relevant theoretical system hasn’t been set up completely. So the research on Mom Baby health management mobile APP hasn’t been sufficient, either.Under the background of mobile Internet, the competition in market segment has turned to the competition of enhancing user experiences. Only if the mobile Internet products emphasize on user, will the product develop well with the time going and be successful. Based on network marketing and user experience theory, this article chooses content design, operation procedure, interactive experience, sight experience and personalized service to be the five first grade indexes combing with expert interviews. The article collected sample in the way of questionnaire survey, and used SPSS and AMOS software to carry on factor analysis to reflect the users’real requirements. In the end, based on the theory and research results, the article provides some advice on user experience to mobile APP developers and operators and some other relevant enterprise from the five aspects of content design, operation procedure, interactive experience, sight experience and personalized service.
