In the condition of mobile operators carrying out the one-way charging, long diffuse limit policy to accelerate the pace of mobile replacing fixed line, how to slow fixed income down 10 percentage points of the situation for 5 years? Only through the establishment of strict marketing process control system to develop targeted marketing in the context of achieving accurate marketing without affecting the user's overall income. This article systematic studied the process of the establish, implement and control of Jinzhou marketing process control system through using the large number of actual production data of Jinzhou Unicom, and combining with the support for sales management module in the location of the ETOM. Analyzed the implementation process of different control methods through the specific cases analyzing of the conventional control, the project control and the system control of Jinzhou marketing process.Finally, compared the advantages and disadvantages of three types of control, described the experience of Jinzhou sales process control, propose the problems in the practical control process and made the abstract process control easier to understand and apply.
