The Research On Risk Management Of Peasant Cooperative Economic Organization

With the growth of China's rural economics, Peasant Cooperative Economic Organization (PCEO) has made great progress. The organization aims at gathering individual farmer to form a more competitive group in today's market. PCEO provides one station service of purchase,produce and sales, this has highly increased the income of farmers and enhanced the market position of China's primary products. PCEO is now China's most important driving-force for the boost of rural economics.Although the development of PCEO in the past 20 years, it still confronts risk come from the factors such as internal control, outer environment, technology, products, market. Under such circumstance, it's critical to analyze strategies and implement effect risk management to evade the negative factors.Firstly, the issue will provide readers the comprehensive understanding of PCEO, based on the primary study; we will use Factor Analysis Method to conclude the negative factors which mean internal control, outer environment, technology, products and market, farmmers for PCEO. Secondly, we are going to use Fuzzy Comprehensive Estimation and Analytic Hierarchy Process to design the risk assessment model for PCEO (Hua Rong Yin Hua Run Nong Cotton cooperative organization will be used as a case study for demonstration). Finally, the issue will offer 18 detail measures to improve the risk management of PCEO.
