Working capital is an important part of the company's daily operations and management.Effective management of working capital can create substantial economic benefits for the company.At present,the trend of economic globalization is accelerating,and the pressure on enterprises to survive has gradually increased.The importance of working capital management in production and business activities is increasingly reflected,and reform of working capital management is imminent.Nowadays,China is in a very critical period of transition.Industrialization continues to develop and gradually shifts to the middle and later stages.As a pillar industry of the country,manufacturing has always maintained a good momentum of development."The 13th Five-Year Plan "provides an important opportunity for economic development.The government has issued a number of policies to ensure the healthy operation of the market economy.As a member of the manufacturing industry,the plastics industry should actively achieve financial goals,improve competitiveness and manage efficiency.With the acceleration of urbanization,the plastics industry is in urgent need of industrial restructuring and transformation and upgrading.The importance of working capital management is self-evident,which is exactly what the significance of this study is.This article systematically studies and combs the relevant theories of working capital and its performance management by reading a large number of documents.It classifies working capital according to factors and channels,introducing two performance evaluation indicators of factors and channels,and selects Panlong plastic as the research object.Based on the company's working capital data from 2014 to 2017,the company will analyze the working capital allocation and identify Panlong Plastics' strategy in terms of raising and using working capital,namely,risk-based investment strategy and robust financing strategy.Based on the theoretical framework of working capital,using performance appraisal indicators,using the variation analysis method and the industry comparative analysis method from the two perspectives of factors and channels,to evaluate the company's working capital management performance.Analyze the problems and causes of the operation funds management,and then Propose improvement measures.Finally,we will sort out the main content of this article,summarize the deficiencies in the research process,and look forward to further strengthening research on the performance of working capital management,and also provide reference for the sustainable development of the industry in the future.
