There are a great amount of construction enterprises in China, which provide a large number of positions for surplus labors, and play an important role in promoting the steady rapid economic development of China. However, as imperfect multi-project management there are many conflicts in the process of construction enterprise multi-project management, which has brought a series of adverse effects. Analyze these conflicts and their generated source of conflict problems, seek effective measures which resolve these conflicts, these have important practical significance for the construction enterprise.In this paper take the form of questionnaire survey the various types of conflicts learn the main conflict problems. Through the introduction of performance strength obtain prominence of these conflicts by analyzing. At the same time also survey the source property of these conflicts. The result is that in the six categories of conflicts property, coordination, organization and resources are the main reasons for conflicts of multi-project management. Conflicts are due to more property categories simultaneously. A certain way alone can not be effectively addressed, integrated approach must be multi-dimensional. Treatment process should include sound organizational system, effective coordination and reasonable resource allocation method. Come up with a conflict resolution mechanisms based on the three aspects above. In this new mechanism, introduce the project management office and multi-project management system based on the analysis of current advantages and disadvantages of organizational structure, use harmonious management, and carry out multi-project resource optimization based on the analysis of the resource allocation and demand characteristics of current multi-project management.
