On The Establishment Of Industry Advisory Body To The Issue Of Investment

Some characteristic problems of social investment have arisen along with the establishment and gradual standardization of operational mechanism for market economy. This Paper starts with the problem which has been found by administers of industry and commerce, borrowed the experience of other countries in development, and tries to find out a way of solving the problem such as haphazard investment.Part one show the necessity and possibility of investment advisory services which have been provided from the government and other public organizations. From the government and the public organization's view, providing the advisory service in investment is the government's responsibility.Part two is focus on main problem of the investment in printing industry with Jinan as an Example. Haphazard investment is the main problem of the investment in printing industry. The solution is to establish the organization for investment consultation.Part three presents how to establish the organization for investment consultation. It stress recommends two kinds of organizations which was established by the government and the public organizations. It's also taking about the preparatory conditions and the solution.Part four is taking about the main contents, the special procedure and the method of the organization for investment consultation.Part five examined the developmental tendency of the organization for investment consultation with printing industry for an example.
