The Study On The Evaluation And Development Policy Of Changsha Jinxia Bonded Logistics Center

Subprime crisis had broken in U.S.A in 2008, which has caused the global economic crisis, that is the reason why the economic depression still has lasted so far. In that grim situation, logistics has become the new power of our national economy.This paper wants to classify Changsha Jinxia bonded logistics center by building an evaluation system of bonded logistics center around China. Then we summary the characteristics of Changsha Jinxia bonded logistics center by comparing with others kinds of bonded logistics centers. So on this basis we propose some targeted policies and advices for the development of Changsha Jinxia bonded logistics center.This article firstly elaborates the meaning and the background of this research. As a brand-new form of logistic organization, bonded logistics center is bored to be helpful to revive the economy by the export tax rebate and import bonded mechanism and high logistics technology, reducing the cost of customs and transportation of the enterprises. The functions of bonded logistics center are promoting our logistic industry development and expanding the scale of our international trade by increasing the global competitiveness of the merchandise. And then this article analyzes the current situation of Changsha Jinxia bonded logistics center, including the operation mode, strength, weakness, opportunities and threats. Next we picks 15 typical bonded logistics centers in China to build the evaluation system of the bonded logistics center with these 15 centers'statistics by using factor analysis, and ranks the 15 centers by the factor rates of the 15 centers. After that, we conduct cluster analysis to classify the 15 centers without knowing the numbers of bonded logistics center kinds in advance. The classification results will be shown in the hierarchical cluster graph. Afterwards, discriminant analysis is used to classify the 15 bonded logistics centers again in the condition of that the kinds of the bonded logistics centers is already known from the classify results of cluster analysis. The purpose of conducting discriminant analysis is to test the accuracy of cluster analysis. At last, this article proposes some recommendation for Changsha Jinxia bonded logistics center's development from the four side of thesupply and demand situations in logistics, the environmental level of economy, logistics information infrastructure and the closeness of the international relationship.
