The Research On Layout Planning&Distribution Center Allocation For Changsha Jinxia Logistics Park

In the process of world’s economic integration, regional economical exchanges become closer and more often. Many logistics parks are being expedited with rapid developments of logistics industry. The Chinese logistics parks are still at the gradual developing stage. Research on logistics parks layout plan has been becoming a hot spot topic which attracts much attention. As an important role of central China’s economy growth, the city Changsha urgently needs to conduct the research on logistics industry, especially on logistics park layout plan.Based on the theory of logistics park layout plan, this dissertation conducts the research on Changsha Jinxia Logistics Park layout plan, by adopting the methods of literature study, systematic analysis and experts interviewing to make the research. The dissertation analyzes effective factors to logistics park layout plan, sets up the model to allocate distribution centers, expatiates the process to allocate distribution centers by adopting Genetic Algorithm, and finally obtains the superior distribution center addresses for Jinxia Logistics Park by using the Genetic Algorithm model.The prime tasks and achievements of the dissertation are as follows:(1) It systematically analyzes the layout plan for Jinxia Logistics Park based on correlative logistics layout plan theories.(2) It arraigns the topic of allocating distribution center for Jinxia Logistics Park, which is a sub-topic of logistics park layout plan. It firstly defines the concept of logistics park, then classifies the distribution center allocation topics, finally analyzes common qualitative and quantitative methods.(3) It studies the topic of distribution center allocation for Jinxia Logistics Park by adopting the quantitative analysis method. Aiming at profit maximization as the solution goal, it establishes the mathematical model for the topic, and carries on the solution using the Genetic Algorithm, obtains the best location plan.The dissertation persists throughout the layout plan for Jinxia Logistics Park as the primarily core, makes valuable efforts to devote for the modern logiststics park layout theory system.
