| Consumption disputes increased along with economic development, which demand a higher standard of China Consumers＇Association(CCA). As an organization based on protecting consumers＇rights and interests, CCA has to mediating disputes, as well as guiding consumption, supervising market, even more. CCA was under the pressure of self-positioning, due to imperfection of current system and immaturity of rule of market economy developing, which is in dire need of being improved.There are 3 parts in this paper which studies on Hunan Consumer Committee(HCC)'s Protection Of Consumers＇rights And Interests.Part 1 introduced the significance of consumers＇rights and interests protection, as well as characters and functions of CCA. Then, introduced the development and structure of CCA, and how does it function. As well as some brief introduction of theories involved in this article.Part 2 expounded the problems of HCC's protection of consumers＇rights and interests, analyzed the causation of the problems. Expounded HCC's organization, operation mode, effect.Part 3 presented the approaches and suggestions of exerting HCC's function in protection of consumers＇rights and interests. Analyzed the development of market economy as well as the problems of HCC's protection of consumers＇rights and interests, presented the improving ways:(1) Change the function of HCC, improving HCC's organization. (2) Polish the laws on protecting consumers＇rights and interests. (3) Ensure HCC's administrative expenditure and authority. (4) Enhance the function of the media of consumer organizations. (5) Improve the quality of HCC's staff. (6) Consumer Committee changes its function to make extensive developments.In theory, through studying on HCC, we could make deep discussions on "half-government" associations＇operation and development in China, which helps to make deep research on Chinese non-government organization. In fact, this paper has reference value in innovating Consumer Committee and promoting its function. |
