Financial Strategy Research For The Development Of SAC General Aviation Industry

Since the human society comes into being, mankind has been imagining roaming in the blue sky with wings like eagle. From the rube rocket launched by ancients to the first flying aircraft invented by the Wright Brothers in America, they are all the successful trying by mankind one after another. The improvement of human society, the development of science and technology, especially the rising of civil aviation career, brings the fantasy of mankind into reality.General aviation, which is an important ingredient of civil aviation, plays more and more important roles in human's production and life.Shenyang aircraft(group) Ld. Co. (hereinafter referred as"SAC"),with more than 50 years history, is known as "the cradle of China's fighter plane".Due to work reason, author participates in the decision-making of SAC strategic transformation.In order to cope with the challenge that China aviation industry must grow up rapidly, SAC selected to cooperate with America Cessna Corporation on L162 program, and planned the strategy deployment of the total General Aviation. Firstly, this article introduced some background of the national aviation industry and SAC's history. Then it gave a theory summarize of general aviation. Finally, it advanced the strategy program and the strategy execute,which will be draw lessons for the SAC moving to the general aviation industry.
