| General aviation as a concern for the industry nowadays,its development for the current traffic network construction,economic development and industrial structure changes have a great incentive.It is also highlighted by China 13 th Five-Year Plan.Guangdong Province,the general aviation industry is more advanced than the national level,but also faced with scheduling problem,such as shortage of professional,safe operation problem and unitary pattern,long capital recovery period,safety supervision,the imperfection of the law and other issues.How to promote the first optimization reform of the general aviation industry,guide the general aviation market to the correct road,achieve the target of 13 th Five-Year Plan,is a problem.The paper try to propose a solution method about solve the development problem of Guangdong Province general aviation industry.The paper firstly introduces the background and significance of research,then briefly overview study on major theories and research profiles.Taking PEST and industry development analysis method makes an analysis of the general aviation industry in Guangdong Province.After that the paper focus on demand side,supply side,substitutes,potential entrants and industry competition intensity with Porter's five-force model,aims to come out the advantages and disadvantages of the industry environment.Building the general aviation development index with the industrial strength,government supervision,market operation and social impact,and analysis its internal environment;The paper tries to constitute the guiding ideology,basic criteria and target system of the development of general aviation industry in use of the theories of strategic choice,and further puts forward the strategic plan for the development of general aviation industry in Guangdong Province from 2016 to 2025,which is based on the strategy selection and selection of the strategy.At last,the paper proposes an optimization reform method of the general aviation industry. |
