General aviation is an important part of civil aviation,its main task is to serve the industrial and agricultural production and national economic construction?Affected by policy,China's general aviation develop slowly,which is difficult to adapt to the needs of national economic development,and difficult to provide strong support to China's economic development transformation ? However,with the opening of chinese low airspace,general aviation industry is clearly positoned as a strategic new industry.with the development of national economy and society,all kinds of general aviation demand is increasing,which brings new opportunities to the development of general aviation,and a large number of general aviation operators are beginning to emerge?After defining the core concepts of general aviation and differentiated competition,This paper puts forward the importance of implanting differentiated competition strategy in general aviation companies,and also puts forward the route selection of differentiated competition strategy,The implementation of the strategy and the follow-up security measures.This paper also takes four outstanding general aviation enterprises for example,and analyzes the different development paths of their business choices,which has an important reference function for the formulation and implementation of the differentiation strategy of the general aviation enterprises in our province.This paper also summarizes the status and trend of general aviation development in developed countries,especially analyzes the mature general aviation market of the United States.The support policies such as encouraging pilots training,low airspace opening and supporting airport construction have played a key role in the early and rapid development of the US general aviation industry.This paper also discusses the development of china's general aviation status and the gap with foreign countries,and prospects for the development of china's general aviation market.Affected by the history of low airspace restrictions,china's general aviation has not been developed in the past,and the use and function is very simple.After the opening of low airspace,the infrastructure construction has become the most important short board,the development of the industry will be carried out around the general airport construction.The current aviation industry in Jiangxi Province is in a critical period of rapid development,This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of generalaviation enterprises in Jiangxi Province.This paper analyzes the overall environment,its own advantages,the opportunities and major challenges in the development of general aviation enterprise in Jiangxi Province by SWOT analysis.It is suggested thatthe general aviation enterprises in Jiangxi Province shouldbe based on the general requirements of the development of general aviation and the degree of low airspace openness.make their own advantages and follow the development requirements of the industry,and strive to find a breakthrough in development in order to get broad market space and huge development potential.In principle,general aviation enterprises in Jiangxi Province can choose strategic and high value-added general aviation services as a starting point,such as pilot training,aircraft custody and aviation maintenance business.The general aviation company in Jiangxi province can establish its operation features and gain the competing advantage by using differentiation strategy properly.This paper puts forward some specific suggestions on the implementation of the strategy of differentiated competition of aviation enterprises,which can provide reference for the further development of aviation enterprises.First,optimizing the business structure,to improve core competitiveness.Second,optimize the company resources and control operating costs.Third,strengthen the aviation enterprise technology innovation ability,promote enterprise development motivation.Fourth,Implementing talent strategy and strengthening the construction of general aviation talents.Fifth,rapid response to customer needs,carry out new business.Sixth,increase the general aviation enterprise publicity,establish a brand image.Seventh,enhance marketing capabilities and explore long-term stability of customers.
