Since the fully opening of China's banking industry in 2007, our listed Banks face the increasingly fierce competition. To cope with serious competition situation, the Banks are advancing strategic transformation. But the financial talent unbalanced supply and demand, as well as the high wastage rate make the listed Banks in talent competition. That lack of talent support put the smooth implementation of the development strategy into trouble. Formulating effective talent strategies, establishing an efficient and stable core staff team are very important to the smooth implementation of development strategy and the promotion of the listed Banks'competitiveness.This paper systematically summarizes the theoretical basis of the stock option incentive mechanism and the research course of talent strategy, study the differences between the employee shareholding plan and the core staff shareholding mode. Then the author summarizes the competitive advantage of the core staff shareholding mode, and arrives at the conclusion that it is more suit to our listed Banks. On the analysis of the importance of the core staff and talent strategy of listed Banks, this paper finds the problems about the talent strategy and the stock option incentive mechanism, points out the necessity of the construction of the talent strategy in the listed Banks. After that, this paper analyzes the internal and external factors about the construction of the core staff shareholding strategy of the listed Banks from the strategic point, and explains the influence about the code choosing. Finally, the author points out the problems that should be paid attention to in implementing the core staff shareholding strategy. According to the differences of the core staff, the author provides some reference mode about the core staff shareholding.The stock option incentive mechanism means let the core staff share stock of the company, share interests with the bank, that motivate them to maximize returns for the bank. Currently there are many research about the stock option incentive for the banks, this paper tries to analyze the stock option incentive in the sight of strategy, and propose the strategy of the core staff shareholding. The author hope this paper can make the scholars put more attention to the management and incentive of the core staff, and quest for a mechanism of the core staff shareholding that could be fit for our Banks and other industry.
