Currently, based on land use structure optimization, the use of land resources for the region, the existence of unreasonable adjustments to land in time and space, and intensive use reasonable arrangements to ease the increasingly prominent in recent years, the contradiction between people, this approach has been widely recognized. Recent the study on the structural optimization of land use, especially its quantitative research process have been more and more in academia. However, the complexity of the land system, dynamic optimization techniques on put a higher demand, therefore, through computer technology to simulate the structure of land use and land systems effective to achieve the best optimization of the economic, social and ecological comprehensive performance, become the research focus.System Dynamics (System Dynamics), as used to the study of the socio-economic system of the future planning of complex behavior and the corresponding long-term strategic decision-making approach, combined with the land use system has become a new way to solve traditional problems. System dynamics emphasizes the system (S) and nonlinear characteristics of holistic descriptions, SD is typically described as a complete system of interaction between the various components of the nonlinear relationship between the complex causal relationships and life and death Feedback relationship, based on the system is divided into a number of interrelated subsystems (P). According to the system dynamics theory, the analysis of land use structure and the various components within the system and system feedback relationship between the external environment can be established to reflect changes in land use system dynamics simulation model of land use structure of the system and its evolution.This paper describes the land area of optimization theory based on the analysis of land use and problems. Dongpo District of MeiShan were selected for the research. First,throgh taking the qualitative and quantitative methods and the Dongpo 1998-2007 land and construction land the dynamic analysis, obtained Dongpo land and construction sites over the past decade changes in magnitude and causes. Contrasting the 2002,2007, land use structure of historical data and simulated data, verify the reliability of the model. Model run results show that in 2002,2007, historical data and simulation data relative error less than 1% of the parameters of the total parameter 80.56%; relative error of less than 2% of the parameters of 91.67% of total parameters; relative error of less than parameters of 5% to 100%. This shows that the simulation results more reliable and shows the superiority of System Dynamics simulation model. In the simulation Dongpo 2015, 2020, under the premise of land use structure, set out the three planning. Through the three programs, the 2015,2020 Dongpo the combined effect of land use, land use efficiency equivalent compared and analyzed and give priority to economic development, the development of urban construction land, agricultural land to meet the minimum strategic measures, through the market from the external balance of food supply and demand balance planning program in the third, three kinds of planning optimal planning. Finally, not only of this "optimal" amount of planning and land use change and spatial variation of the layout, and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
