Overall Strength Of Region Of The Modern Service Industry In Hefei City

The concept of modern service industries was first proposed by China in recent years, it belongs to the tertiary-industry, and delegates the high value-added part of the tertiary-industry. At present, study on the modern service industries is still in its infancy, especially the evaluation of the modern service industries. Economic census data-based evaluation of the modern service industries is completely blank. The authenticity of the economic census data can't be match by other data, so using the economic census data to analysis the modern service industry scientifically and reasonably is far-reaching and referential, not only for the reasonable and effective policymaking, but also the development and utilization of the second economic census.In this paper, we made Hefei eight region's modern service industries as our research object. First, we exploratory define the connotation and scope of modern service industries, based on the depth analysis of the first economic census data and the status of the modern service industry's research; and constricted a comprehensive strength evaluation index system for the modern service industries, from the real estate, other social services and administrative institution. Then on the basis of normalization to original data, a compromise linearity ratio conversion method was choose in order to retain maximum information content of the original data, it improve the accuracy and validity of the results. Finally, according to the real estate, other social services and administrative institution, the modern service industries of each administrative region in Hefei was divided into three parts. Using the principal component analysis method to analysis the three parts of each administrative region, we obtained the evaluation and order of modern service industry's comprehensive strength, and indicate the advantages and disadvantages of each part's development. Finally, gives some development proposals.
