As the capital city of Anhui Province, Hefei's GDP broke through 200 billion yuan in 2009, small and medium-sized real estate companies brought about indelible contributions for it. As the development of Wanjiang City-Chain became one national strategy, the urbanization process of Hefei will be greatly accelerated, small and medium-sized real estate companies will play a bigger role in urban construction. In the current circumstances, how to promote the development of small and medium real estate companies in Hefei, to real estate industry, it has an important role for maintaining the healthy development of the real estate market, for promoting market diversification, for abounding real estate product mix and so on; to the urban economy, it has important practical significance for the adjustment of urban economic structure, increasing employment, and promoting urban economic development.On the basis of research to real estate management, to relevant government agencies, to some small and medium-sized real estate companies and related experts of real estate in Hefei, this paper analyses domestic and international economic situation, Hefei and Anhui and so on. Meanwhile , analyses the present situation of real estate industry and problems that small and medium-sized real estate company faced in Hefei, it includes increasing fund risk because of difficulties in financing; with the related policy adjustments, taking more difficulties for accessing to land; participating of nonlocal large-scale real estate enterprises makes the competition fierce in Hefei market, lag Status of small and medium-sized real estate companies cause unfavorable competitive position, Management mechanism is not perfect and talents lack etc.On the above basis, this article proposes some strategies to promote development of the companies in Hefei from broadening the financing channels, accelerating the pace of money withdrawn from circulation, selecting investment project discreetly, taking various ways to bid land, transferring business target market, improving the brand competitiveness, regulating the management mechanism, and reinforcing talent reserving and management.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the current economic situation, real estate development situation of Hefei, and the problems faced by small and medium sized real estate company, the thesis proposed some targeted countermeasures, hoping the polices will have some real significance and reference value for promoting the development of real estate industry and small and medium-sized real estate companies in Hefei.
