It is the the only way to revitalize the equipment manufacturing industry that improve the equipment manufacturing industry's regional industry innovation and concentration level, and promote the coordinated development of regional equipment manufacturing industry. Make provinces and autonomous regions on the mainland for the study sample and take the equipment manufacturing industry as the object, this thesis pursued composite measurement and empirical analysis of Chinese equipment manufacturing's regional industry innovation and the degree of regional concentration.Firstly, the essay measure and study the status of the level of industrial agglomeration, trends and spatial concentration and market concentration of 7 sub-sectors at the national level of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry and obtained some valuable empirical analysis findings and recommendations, which introduce several degree of industrial spatial concentration calculation methods of authority which contains Spatial Gini coefficient, market concentration and location quotient. Taking from different dimensions of major industries, small products, absolute market share and relative market share.Secondly, based on the analysis of innovation and industrial innovation's connotation and elements, the article make a comprehensive evaluation and cluster analysis of equipment manufacturing's industry innovation in the mainland of Chinese 28 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, using methods of factor analysis and the golden section and designing three indicators of index system that composed of technical innovation, system innovation, market innovation.Lastly, according to the results of the composite measurement and empirical analysis and a high degree of correlation between regional industry innovation and the degree of regional concentration, the article put forward to some policy proposals on how to improve innovation and regional concentration levels of Chinese equipment manufacturing. Attaches great importance to the regional equipment manufacturing innovative and concentration levels of gap and make efforts to promote the the balanced and coordinated development of equipment manufacturing industry in eastern, central and western regions. According to the industrial advantages and characteristics of provinces and regions, this article takes three basic innovation model that contains independent innovation, cooperation, innovation, and innovation.
