The Constraint And Future Of Oil Cooperation Between Russia And China

Oil is well known as the key material to the development and national safety ,who is named"world blood". Russia which is neighbor and strategic partner to China, is rich in oil . Comparatively speaking, China is poor in oil ,especially counted as quantity per capita. And the oil in China is too less to meet the needs of the development, as the result, China has become an oil net import country since 1996. The oil interdependency is so high and we can't make sure the safety in oil resource and path , the development asks to cooperate with oil supplier. And Russia is near to China with lots of oil save, so the prospective cooperation becomes realistic. But it is pity that FINANCIAL CRISIS broke out. The cooperation between Russia and China grow a new game in the economic depression.The complementary goodness in these two countries is high, as for the location advantage ,politics advantage ,history and culture advantage, and so on .and all the advantage and good struggle promote the oil cooperation in the field of trade, investment, and transportation .But as you know, the cooperation is threatened by the world economics depression, the inner opposed idea and other countries'constraint ,which think about the oil demand and supply from his own stand.To the constraint question ,China must take one thing with another. Maybe building the effective system within the government, enterprise ,and the society is a good way out . And we can make good use of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to make more communication and cooperation within these two countries. Absorbing foreign capital and expanding export is also a useful strategy .and it is needed that we learn the successful cooperation code ,as for single proprietorship, joint ,to change the credit and light industrial products with oil .
