Research On Trade Cooperation Between Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Of Russia And China

As a long-term strategic partners,Russia and China have been developing at a very rapid pace,both countries benefited due to the fact of strategic partnership.Russia and China have long history of mutual economic,politic,trade and cultural relations.Those relations were great foundation for the development of enternuprenurship of different sizes.This paper examines general history,reveal problems and suggest solutions for development of trade and economic relations between China and Russia in a field of small and medium sized enterprises.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduce basis and generalization of research methodology,history and examine significance.The second part is a general survey of the development of SMEs in Russia and China,and makes a strict contrast between the legal differences and characteristics of SMEs in Russia and China.The third part expounds the general situation of trade cooperation between Russia and China's small and medium enterprises,studies the development process of cooperation between Russian and Chinese SMEs,reveals the trade structure of small and medium-sized enterprises in Russia and China,and the situation of cross-border e-commerce between the two countries.The fourth part is about the problems of Sino Russian small and medium-sized enterprises' trade cooperation,including the status of Russia's gross domestic product and the distribution of industries.The fifth part analyzes the favorable factors for the development of Sino Russian SMEs'economic and trade development.The sixth chapter suggest possible measures to promote trade economic developments.
