With the constant deepening of China's reform of the financial system and the continuing opening up of the economic and finance, the degree of competition between the China's commercial banks is increasing and the market activity is also growing. However, at present China's commercial banks has shown more and more intense competitive tendencies of confrontation, the commercial banks are engaged in a fierce battle for the market, this "cut-throat combat" will not only rising operating costs, increasing the risk and reducing the earnings of commercial banks, but also would greatly impact the stability of the community. It is not conducive to the healthy development of the economic and finance. So for China's commercial banks, Change the mode of competition is imperative.In this paper, through the qualitative and quantitative comparison to the three modes: adversarial competition, complete cooperation and co-opetition, it is found that co-opetition is the most suitable competitive mode of commercial banks'development. Then, examine the current co-opetition between the developed countries'commercial banks, and point out that there are many benefits of co-opetition. After that, during the analysis of current state of competition among China's commercial banks, it is found that the intense adversarial competition has occupy a dominant position and has an enormous negative impact on China's commercial banks. Thought the co-opetition among China's competition banks has some certain development, there still are many deficiencies. For promote the totally shift of the competition mode among China's commercial banks from adversarial competition to co-opetition mode, in the end of this article some suggestions are given to China's commercial banks, bank regulatory authorities and the Government's macro policies. Commercial banks should change the traditional "cut-throat combat" awareness from the ideological. They should improve their internal systems, and increase the force of product innovation. It is important for them to assess the situation and choose the best way of changing pure competitors to partners to achieve "win-win" co-opetition. The regulatory departments should effectively act their role of judge to help commercial banks achieving their shift to co-opetition mode. The macroeconomic policy should accelerate the pace of the establishment of a sound financial system, and improve various financial laws and regulations, so as to supporting china's commercial banks have a comprehensive change to co-opetition model.
