With the rapid development of insurance business, the Bancassurance has become an important way in the insurance company. In the past decade, Bancassurance, personal sales and group sales has become the three pillars of the insurance company. But with the 2008 outbreak of the global financial crisis, in the past two years the Bancassurance businesses appear problem such as:Slowing growth, unbalanced product, excessive pressure of fee. Summary of Bancassurance in the current problems and to analyze the factors affecting, banks and insurance companies enhance their competitiveness in their market in the future. This has a significant and far-reaching significance. Paper is divided into five parts.Chapter 1:Introduction. Clear purpose of the study and significance of topics, summarized in the Bancassurance business at home and abroad of the status quo.Chapter 2:the general theory of the development of Bancassurance analysis. This is the theoretical basis of this paper. Defined the concept of Bancassurance and the development process, using the economic theory in order to study on the banking needs of the economic effect.Chapter 3:Bancassurance Development and the problems in Chinese. It describes that the status quo market of Bancassurance in china and the problem in the fast development.Chapter 4:Bancassurance development models of international experience. Summarized France, Germany, the United States, Asia and other countries and region in legal policy.Chapter 5:The innovation and suggestions. After the financial crisis, we could innovate from products, customers and match of the channels.The innovation of the paper is that surveying the status quo and imperfection Bancassurance of in market the post financial crisis era. The CRM and transaction cost theory can be quoted as the theoretical basis. The paper contends that the innovation of Bancassurance development in the post financial crisis era comes from product positioning, focusing on customer demand level and establishing the multilevel marketing channels.
