Salary is one of the nucleus problems of manpower resources. In the modern enterprises, salary is not just the traditional expenditure functions of production cost carrier, but the management elements closely linked to manpower resources exploration strategy. In order to achieve the strategic objectives of manpower resources, the goal of the salary is to help the enterprise to achieve its strategic objectives.S is a company with a history of 70 medium-sized state-owned manufacturing enterprises, under the CRSC corporation, is directly under the Central Government in the SAC-enterprises. This thesis takes S company for study, to analyses S company current salary system with the relevant salary management theory. Through sorting out and summing up larges number of material and data, the thesis discusses the current salary system of S company. Combined company's development strategy and corporate development stage, it re-design the salary system. Through adopting the group, post analysis and evaluation, performance design and salary structure restructuring, the original salary system is improved. It becomes more strategic, fairness and incentive. This thesis is divided into seven parts. The first part is the introduction that discusses the background, research purpose and research methods:the second part introduces the relevant salary management theory:the third part overviews the S company:the forth part introduces S company's salary system:the fifth part is S company's salary system's re-design and pre-evaluation:the sixth part is the barrier which possibly existed to the S company new salary system implementation process in has carried on the analysis, and proposed the corresponding solution measure:the seventh part is the conclusion and prospects.
