The Research On Optimal Supply Chain Management Of YuanDa-Brilliant

With the rapid development of information technology, the change of world economy has been accelerated either. The integration of world economy, the globalization of enterprise operation, the high-level personalization coming from hard competition and the fast-changing customer needs, make the relationship between enterprise and customer, enterprise and supplier becoming more and more close and complicated. The enterprise often needs corporation or service with partners throughout the world, while increase the depth and width, build strategic alliance, much more and fast change and response, more fast,accurate and efficient communication and information exchange are also needed. Supply chain management (SCM) and customer relationship management have became the "hot topic" enterprise management and information technology application at the end of 20 century under this kind of background.The economy globalization, diversified and personalization of demands, make China's manufacturing industry facing more dynamic and competitive market environment, more and more enterprises either own-build or join the other supply chain to join corporation and competition, pursue win-win. As one of the biggest manufacturing enterprise in China, the supply chains management of YuanDa-Brilliant are mostly focus on supplier and manufacturer, just a parts of supply chain, the mainly concern is the selection and location on supplier, reducing cost, controlling quality, ensuring continuity and economical of the supply chains, not considering entirely for entire supply chains from supplier, sellers, tradesmen to finally consumers and not considering the problems about the strategy of supply chain management. So in current YuanDa-Brilliant, the management and operation pattern for the enterprise doesn't fit to serving the needs of supply chain management. So optimizing supply chains management pattern for YuanDa-Brilliant should be put particular stress. The main contents and research method are as follows:1.The thesis start from the formation and development of SCM, introducing the basic concept, method of supply chain, SCM, the supplier strategy management, the inventory management, and the importance of new supply chain theory under the trend of the integration of global economy. 2.Based on the reality of China Manufacturing industry and comprehensive view of supply-chain management inside and outside China, this thesis discusses the basic SCM theory and pattern of China Manufacturing industry.3. Integrated the supply-chain management theory and YuanDa-Brilliant's current situation in detail, analysis the reason of low efficiency of YuanDa-Brilliant's SCM.4. Focus on the above issues, do the analysis and research of YuanDa-Brilliant's SCM, use the SRM strategy management, inventory management, VMI and ERP methods to optimize the YuanDa-Brilliant SCM system.The thesis could be the optimal solution for YuanDa-Brilliant SCM, could also be significant to other China manufacturing industry companies.
