The tradition logistics enterprises transform step by step, the domestic logistics industry competition step up gradually. Facing the competitor of the domestic and the overseas, the third party logistics enterprises of our country puts forward development clues of mutual cooperation and improves the strength competitive. Under this background, this thesis will research the question of business strategy and management pattern of third party logistics enterprises, which is based on the actual situation of ChangChun YuanDa Freight Terminal.
