Nowadays, the transformation of economic development, optimizing and upgrading industrial structure and the global high-end competition are facing China's economic development. Thus, the urgent task of building modern construction company is imperative. The research of the enterprise development strategy becomes even more important. The survival question of an enterprise is that it whether has a clear and feasible development strategy. On the one hand, with the accelerated process of economic globalization, especially in China's accession to WTO, the market gradually opening up the construction industry, the market environment has changed dramatically. On the other hand, increasing the level of urbanization, the growing cities and towns nationwide, especially in the period of Twelfth Five-Year Plan, the level of the construction industry is more demanding. Therefore, the research on enterprise development strategy has become an important issue.With China's sustained rapid economic development and acceleration of the process of information, the development of modern building construction industry is continually increasing demands of modern architecture to the green, parts and intelligent direction, the construction enterprises in China has brought new opportunities. Although the development of construction enterprises in China is extremely rapid, the competition is fierce. Most domestic construction enterprises enterprise development strategy is not clear, which brings about many problems. The paper takes Shenyang Yuanda Group as an example, researches the development of the strategies of Yuanda, which enhances the overall competitive advantages and market share in domestic construction market.Using SWOT analysis method, the paper explains the Internal and external environment of Yuanda. By analyzing the environmental factors in the production and operation, the paper summarizes the SWOT analysis matrix and the current business development strategy, which it comes conclusions of decision-making significance. Based on the SWOT analysis, it selects and develops the strategy, proposes diversification of Yuanda's overall development strategy, which can be achieved through product strategy, innovation strategy, leading driven strategy, technology strategy and circular economy strategy. Finally, it determines a reasonable milestones and through mechanisms, institutional, organizational, human resources, corporate culture, and capital and other major measures to protect the implementation of corporate strategy and business strategy through the development of integrated control system to the implementation of the strategy to control the development, ensuring the implementation of the strategy as planned strategic business direction.The results of this study offer guidelines for the management, direction and goals of development indicated on the great work of the Yuanda Group's strategic development of the actual reference.
