Study On Analyze And Management Strategies About Problems Of Technology Innovation Of Chinese SMPEs

As the main body of the market economy, small and medium-sized private enterprises (SMPEs) play an increasingly important role in Chinese economic and social development. However, with accelerating of economic globalization and regional integration process, competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intensified, SMPEs' survival and development becomes more difficult. In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the fierce competitive environment to get opportunities for survival and development, it only relies on continuous technological innovation. However, there are many problems in the process of technological innovation of Chinese SMPEs, therefore, how to strengthen technological innovation management, and improve the ability of technological innovation of SMPEs is in urgent need to solve the problems.Firstly, this paper makes an introduction of process and the result of solar heating systems R&D in company X, and analyze carried out the reasons for failure of company X solar heating system R&D projects on the basis of examples of successful case of another private enterprise in the solar heating system. Through analysis, the main reason for its failure is that there are problems in the project feasibility prove technical basis, organizations, information gathering, innovative process management, and other aspects in some degree. Based on this, this paper makes research on mechanism of technological innovation on the basis of making clear of the concept and characteristics of SMPE, and analysis problems of Chinese SMPEs in technological innovation through the contrast of actual situation. Finally, in aim at these problems, this paper makes a number of recommendations on both the enterprises themselves and the external environment, and I hope that it can provide reference for Chinese SMPEs managers and government departments.
