Research Of Rural Land Scale Management In Yian County

China is a traditional agricultural country, under the impact of modern and market-oriented,there have been many new contradictions and problems in agriculture, such as the impact of import agricultural products of low-cost and high quality; the conflict between small-plot and large-scale modern machinery; the contradiction between land scale management and land circulation as well as the constraints of farmers'inherent concept, all of these make agricultural in a stagnant statement. Land is the fundamentality for human survival, but also a source of agricultural income, in order to change the status of agricultural and create more value in the scarce land, land scale management is a good way.Since 1987, the CPC Central Committee decided to carry out rural reform pilot area to explore a new path of agricultural development, the land large-scale management has become one of the most effective innovation way. The large-scale land is a way to increase agricultural productivity, increasing peasant income, improve agricultural modernization approach by the size of land scale.localities are actively exploring useful form of large-scale management and forming a suiTab. model to suit the local characteristics of the objective environment, such as collective farms model in Shunyi District Beijing, the family farm model in southern of Jiangsu Province and Guangdong Province and so on. There is a large agricultural population and large area of plant in Yian County, but over the years, this county is never able to become a rich agricultural county for the income of farmers below the average level in Heilongjiang Province as well as the national. The main reason is that the traditional family business model has not satisfy modern agricultural society demands of large-scale production any longer, inefficient agricultural production, inherent in a weak foundation and inadequate infrastructure and so on. By the end of 2007, Yian county comprehensively takes into account the economic characteristics of county, resource status and the ability to absorb the surplus labor force. According to the guidance demands of the Central Document No.1,Yian has put forward to various thoughts of land large-scale management and achieved initial success in practice.The subject of this thesis is the related issues about the land large-scale management in Yian county, on the basic of explaining the meaning of the land large-scale management, summarized the history of the land large-scale management in Yian county, then analyze the present situation of it; this dissertation adopted the way of field research, empirical analysis current state about the land large-scale management in some typical areas in Yian county, then evaluated the achievement in sample area; analyze the factors of the land large-scale management in Yian county, pointed out problems and finally proposed the strategies and suggestions. I hope that the experience of land large-scale management in Yian county could constantly improve and explore the mode to promote the pattern of management, raise the level of the land large-scale management, improve agricultural productivity and farmers income, and then speed up the development of modern agricultural and promote new rural construction.
