One of problems is lack of objective evaluation system of the social insurance fund management performance. While the social insurance fund operation and management are related to the social stability and people's livelihood important issues. Establishing Scientific and reasonable performance evaluation mechanisms of social insurance fund management will help the social insurance fund management correctly reflect the effect of policy decisions and timely identify and correct problems and guarantee the social security system to be maintaining continuously in healthyA performance evaluation mechanism isn't often used in China's social insurance fund management.
