The research contents are as follows:the selection of Yunnan province for04years-13urban residents per capita disposable income of the main factors affecting the change of in-depth study, and in8cities and8autonomous prefectures and07years-13urban residents per capita disposable income of difference analysis. At the same time, the establishment of the Yunnan province panel data of13years per capita net income of rural residents in cities and counties of the state model for08years, will be among the factors mainly affect the per capita net income of rural residents in different years and areas of organic combination.I also combines the descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis methods: descriptive statistics section, using trend line diagram of income changes clearly show, reflecting the basic statistic results show that urban residents per capita disposable income and rural per capita net income of residents with years of growth with rising trend. Inferential statistics using EVIEWS6.0software for urban residents per capita can carry out the correlation analysis and multivariate time series analysis disposable income data, relates to the unit root test, co integration test, Granger causality test results show that Grainger, average salary, per capita social consumer retail sales and average household employment in the face of urban residents per capita disposable income can have a significant impact; on the other hand, with panel data analysis on the net income of rural residents data using R software, through the inspection found that the fixed effect model good fit the original data, the final results show that the number of total agricultural output value, per capita local public finance budget expenditure, crop planting area, total power of agricultural machinery has a significant influence on the per capita net income of rural residents. In this paper, the innovation in the research object and research methods, to the States and counties in Yunnan province with the data year changes were subdivided, and analyzed by R software test, the panel data on income, to explore the potential relationship exists among the various factors, in order to improve the people’s living standards to provide directional advices.
