Research On Sea-land Coordination In The Beibu Gulf Under The View Of Scientific Development

In recent years sea-land coordination has been a development strategy when some coastal provinces make regional planning . Sea-land coordination refers to the social and economic development in the region,comprehensive considerating the characteristics of sea-land resource environment,systematic investigating the economic ,ecological and social function,based on the sea-land resources environment capacity of the ecological system and the potential energy in the social economic system,to coordinate the sea-land, make the plan and perform the work,then fully exert sea-land interaction function, promote economic development and social progress in an all-around way.The Beibu Gulf is the base and bridge between China and southeast Asian on economic and trade cooperation,The Beibu Gulf locates at the economical cooperation in Widely-Zhujiang River-Triangle area and Free Trade Area in China-Union of East Asia,at the same time it's also the majority path of launching out for the areas of southeast and southwest in our country abutting China-Union of East Asia. It plays an important role in big southwest economic developing. The Beibu Gulf have favorable location and abundant marine resources which brings good economic benefits ,However,the Beibu Gulf has still been more behindhand off-shore economical developing area of our country because of the affects of historical reason and objective facors. Researching the sea-land coordination in the Beibu Gulf under the view of scientific development has important theoretical and realistic significance .The core and basic of connotation of a scientific approach to development has been advanced by the CCP Central Committee. Scientific Development Concept means putting people first and aiming at comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development. This strategic concept follows the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and Giang Zeming's Three Represents. Proposition of the scientific development view contains profound rational thinking and new ideas,and reveals a distinct features of the times. The Scientific Development Concept provides the instruction theory for the Sea-land Coordination in the Beibu Gulf under the new situation .This thesis takes science and development view point as instruction ,focuses on the sea-land coordination in the Beibu Gulf,using regional economics and sustainable development economics,etc.In this thesis,the author aims to build the theory framework of sea-land coordination in the Beibu Gulf under the view of scientific development,put forward to guide the whole of the Beigu gulf development strategy with concrete contents and countermeasures.This thesis consists of the following six parts: Chapter one.Preface,including the background,the advancement and significance of this subject; research ideas; comments on correlated theories; and an overview on the latest research achievement both in China and abroad.
