Study On Business Model Design And Application Based On Value Perspective

Business model is the basis for enterprises'survival and development. Any successful enterprise has an effective, unique and sustainable business model. Therefore, in order to organize the business activities effectively, enterprises must pay more attention to business model design. Business model design relates to how to establish or change an enterprise's value creation logic, which can help the enterprise achieve the established business goals more effectively. The fact of the business community has also repeatedly shown that lots of business models usually came from people's accidental creatives which have not been detailed, comprehensive and systematic analysis and design. So it doesnot fully take the problems of the implemention process into account which makes the enterprises get failure. Therefore, how to design the unique and effective business models, increasingly has great significance to the survival and development of enterprises.In order to better conduct a detailed, comprehensive and systematic analysis and research of business model design, based on the existing researches of business model and the practical experiences of modern business development, this paper builds the framework of business model design, which can provide some references for enterprises'business model design. Firstly, we discussed the related issues of business model, including the connotation, elements and architecture of business model. Based on these to discuss the related issues to business model design, including the basis, idea and method of business model design and build the framework of business model design, which includes four elements: value proposition design, value supportion design,value preservation design, evaluation and redesign. Then we used the case of Yongtu corporate to examine the framework's rationality and maneuverability. On the one hand, this study is favorable for enriching and perfecting the theory systems of business model design; on the other hand, it also provides some advice for enterprises'business model design.
