With the rapid development of e-commerce,the rise of foreign and private enterprises has a great impact on the postal express business.It shows that the network layout and radiation range can not meet the actual needs,the express can not be understood by users strictly in accordance with the system process,the customer experience is poor,and the service attitude is unsatisfactory.Due to the fierce market competition and the low quality of products and services,the market share of postal express delivery has been shrinking year by year.In many problems of postal express,this paper thinks that the business model of postal express is the most important problem that needs to be redesigned.Based on TCH(the connected hand)business model design theory and business model canvas theory,this paper tries to innovate the postal express business model.It is suggested that China Post Group should take its own unique advantages as the starting point,innovate the business model based on the security value proposition,reengineer the business model,actively meet the needs of customers and seek opportunities in the external environment.This paper summarizes relevant theoretical research documents on business model innovation and value proposition at home and abroad,and constructs a business model innovation model based on safe value proposition.As the production cost of enterprises meeting the highest product safety standards is reduced,the number of consumers willing to pay higher fees for safety products is increasing.Enhancing the safety of products and services can not only benefit consumers,but also actively promote the success of business models.The paper proposes to innovate the business model of the express delivery service of the postal group based on the safety value proposition,adopt the direct chain mode of express delivery+convenience stores,and build a comprehensive one-stop service under the line from point to area.Finally,based on TCH business model design theory,the performance of this business model is evaluated,thus proving that this business model is completely feasible.
