Petrochemical industry as national economic base, original from crude oil, nature gas, coal andvegetable oil, needs a lot of logistic activity, which occupy significant volume, high safety requirement,cost expense. Besides, with China favorable economic development, giant chemical market continuestoboostchemicallogistichike.Accordingly,it'sveryvaluable onstudyhowtoreducelogistic spending,controlrisk and decrease energy consumption. TheWest of China takes on resource advantage,and it'sbetter to consolidate semi-manufacturing of petroleum product, but due to shortage of rivertransportation, just relies on road truck, bringing further development, so it's must to reduce logisticexpense.This paper studies from the objective of material Phosphor freight reduction in Rhodia-HengChang(ZhangJiagang), working together with 3rd party logistic company Suttons International,discussing the possibility of alternative between railway tank and ISO-tank, to achieve multi-modeltransportationafterflexible,economicandcapacityutilizationsolutionbasedonreliablerailwaynetandcheap freight. From qualitative analysis,to choose most reasonable logistic model,this paper improvestransportation way including road, railway, ship, and above mixture, improves packing loadingincluding pallet,plastic or metal drum,ISO-tank,container,IBC,bulk,improves volume,shipping line,switch jointetc,and then obtained modelmuster. Benchmark comparison among allmodelin expense,operation data, by AHP research, it's scientific to evaluate all; Secondly, from ration, to study modelcondition, to integrate all parameters such as different resources, freight, tank quantity, stock cash cost,delivery schedule,this papersetsup LABSmodeland initiate goalfunction of totallogistic cost lowest,outputthebestcalculationandcostsolution.This paper's study is launched into company task,and actual result showcases cost competitive ofISO-tank Railway Multi-Model transportation(IRMT), effectively cut down feedstock cost, become amature,safeand effectiveway. It'snecessary to develop IRMT advantage,to havetotalsustainablecostreduction, to extend more application field, to keep more advantage, so as to promote ISO-tankconsolidatedsupplychain.
