The Researcher On The Optimization Of Volume Of Lng Tank Container In Multi-transportation Mode

The distribution of the natural gas in China is uneven, so is the distribution of the consumption. By the year 2012, some LNG import projects have completed and put into production. The supply of LNG resources increases greatly. The import produces LNG distribution logistics transport demand and the transportation tools in the "from oil to gas" projects become LNG terminal market. The network of pipeline covers shortage in China and other modes of transportation are single and have limits. The network of transportation can’t deal with dramatic rise of LNG supply. Based on the LNG tank container, the multimodal transport mode which chooses the transportation tools as consumption terminal can meet LNG a safe, convenient and efficient transport demand and perfect the LNG downstream industry chain.As the tool of storage and transportation, it is necessary of the rational allocation of tank container for the security operation of LNG multimodal transport mode. For characteristics of LNG and tank container itself, the study builds a LNG tank container configuration optimization model. In the model, considering the tank container assets operation cost, there is a punishing function. There is the decision-making factor to meet different decision makers of different preferences. What’s more, the study introduces tank container inland turnover time and tank container security storage and transportation time to consider the LNG safety storage. The optimization model is to LNG products and T75 container, the target is stronger and the optimization results are more accurate.Finally, this paper builds a route of two endpoints as an example, with the aid of optimization software-LINGO, to verify the model. Meanwhile, discuss the influence of containers waiting for the ship, ship waiting for the containers or ship not waiting for the containers three different operation modes to tank container configuration and profit of enterprise. This study provides some reference for LNG enterprise, and promotes the development of LNG industry.
