Project Management Research For A Product Implement Procudure

There are many problems within Chinese manufactory and internal management, along with the supporting of government, the Fiber optics meets a great opportunity with the abundant requirements from the field of IPTV and FTTX, but nowadays, the consumption of high quality ceramic ferrule depends on the international vendor. For the Chinese ferrule maker, it is the urgent problem that how to increase the industrial productivity with high yield rate and high performance ferrule.In the age of Information Technology, the enterprise must use the Project Management Theory, improve the competitive power. This article includes six sections; the first section is the introduction. During the planning phase, the project office communicates with customer frequently and analysis the product implement process of all kinds of ceramic ferrule, and the production process is under well control with the good plan. During the doing phase, the project office tackle the key problem which is no any mature process. During the ending phase, the project office makes conclusion and corrective action, improve the productivity.
