Study On Establishment Of Energy Management System According To EnMS Standard For A Chemical Fiber Enterprise In Suzhou

Energy management system(En MS) is a comprehensive of a series of energy management methods such as energy audit, energy balance, energy measurement management, energy efficiency management. It has been successful practices in Europe and the United States and other countries. On December 31, 2012, GB/T23331-2012 “Management System for Energy Requirements” starts practice in China. It is the same as ISO50001:2011 “Energy management systems-- Requirements with guidance for use”. This standard provides theoretical direction for establishing the energy management system in all kinds of enterprises. However, the different enterprises need more details during the practice. This article takes the example of a chemical fiber enterprise in Suzhou, focuses on the construction and operation of the En MS, analyses how to follow the standard.This paper at first introduced the thesis research background and research status of En MS practice at home and abroad, briefly illustrates the thesis research purpose, research significance and research contents. Then, the concept, range of application and PDCA of En MS has been described in detail. Energy measurement, energy statistic and energy balance play important roles in the construction of En MS. The reality of standard implement and the concept of standardization management of energy have been discussed.In case study, it introduces the general situation and the main manufacturing technique of the chemical fiber enterprise. The energy characteristic of this enterprise has been summarized by means of the first energy review. The energy performance indicator, energy baseline, energy objective and target system were determined after the energy review. Secondly, the run phrase of En MS was studied. The energy elements in main energy link were recognized. Then, the energy measurement and the assessment of energy efficiency were analyzed. The effect of the run phrase was summarized. Finally, the internal audit and management review were described to complete the En MS in the case. After finishing the whole phrase of the En MS, the relationship of the En MS and quality management system was analyzed.
