The Risk Management Of Customization Service

The plan of products in nowadays, because of the demand of customers tend to be more and more individual and the market come to the fractionize period, the customization service to be considered as the good chances to the enterprise. Most of enterprises build customization service department now, take charge of exploiting small quantities, nonstandard products for their customers. But many uncertain factors bring many risks to the enterprises, so it is important to manage these risks.At the beginning of this article discuss the status of risk management in domestic, overseas and the basics knowledge of it. I refer to the character of customization service in chapter 1 and chapter2, and analyze the risk of feasibility, technology and the market in the charter 3. In the chapter 4 and chapter 5 I design a questionnaire survey for the customization service and refer to the security system which made it work well-balanced. In the chapter 6 I refer to a actual case and use a fuzzy evaluation model to analyze this project.This article can be used as a guide to estimate the project risks for the IT enterprises. It is a active effect to the risk management for IT enterprises.
